  • Hit .378 with 10 HR and 47 RBI as a Sophomore
  • 3 time 1st Team All Ivy League selection
  • 23rd round selection of the New York Mets in the 2000 Amateur draft

  • 1992 Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Year
  • 1992 ACC Triple Crown
  • Batted .490 with 23 Homeruns and 83 RBI as a senior at the University of Maryland in 1992
  • Holds ACC single season records in Batting Average (.490), On-Base Percentage (.618), and Slugging Percentage (.943)
  • 1992 Mizuno NCAA Division I All-American
  • 1992 American Baseball Coaches Association NCAA Division I All-American
  • Drafted by the Cleveland Indians in 1992
  • 1992 Appalachian League All-Star with the Burlington Indians
  • 1993 South Atlantic League All-Star with the Columbus Redstixx
  • Led South Atlantic League in Homeruns in 1993
  • 1995 Midwest League All-Star with the Beloit Snappers
  • Career .312 hitter as a professional

  • Professor at American University (Health and Fitness Department) from 2002-Present
  • Has worked with notable professional athletes such as Peter Bondra, Olie Kolzig, Jeff Halpern, Patrick Ewing, Alonzo Mourning, and Dikimbe Matumbo.
  • President of Infusion Athletic Training Inc.
